Standard Courier Delivery For heating mats, thermostats, actuators, and small accessories.

Free Delivery: On standard orders over £120 + VAT.

Timeline: 1-2 Working Days Dispatch + Next Day Delivery.
Pallet Delivery (Heavy Goods) For manifolds, bulk pipe, floor screed, and large systems.

Cost: £80.00 + VAT (Flat Rate)

Unlimited Quantity: No matter how large your order is, if it exceeds one pallet, you still only pay the single capped rate of £80.

Timeline: 1-2 Working Days Dispatch + Next Day Delivery.
Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day.

After 2:00 PM: Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We deliver underfloor heating products across Mainland UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales.

Excluded Locations: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international locations.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the earliest I can receive my order? Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and sent via a Next Day Delivery service. This means you will typically receive your goods 2-3 working days after placing your order.
What time will my order arrive? Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Most couriers provide a tracking link or time slot on the morning of delivery. If you haven’t received tracking details by the expected date, please contact us via live chat or email.
Can I change my delivery address? For security reasons, we generally cannot change the delivery address once an order has been processed. However, if you notice an error immediately after ordering, please call us on [07916 202189] right away, and we will try our best to assist before dispatch.
Can I order to an address other than my billing address? Yes. As long as your payment passes our security checks (3D Secure), you can choose to have your goods delivered to a site address or workplace.
What if my property has restricted access? If you are ordering large items (Pallet Delivery) and your property has narrow access, steep driveways, or height restrictions, you must inform us immediately. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery attempt and re-delivery charges.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier tracking number.
