Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day and typically delivered within 1–2 days dispatch + next day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are treated as the next working day, so please factor this in when ordering.

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For large quantity returns, a 20% restocking fee also applies in addition to return shipping.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage or fault. We’ll arrange a free collection and resolution at no cost to you — we cover the return shipping in these cases.
