At Tritherm, we are committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our underfloor heating products. Our warranties are designed to give you peace of mind and ensure that your underfloor heating system functions reliably for years to come.

General Warranty Terms

  • Our warranties are non-transferable and belong to you as the original purchaser. They do not transfer if the product is sold or if you sell your home or venue with the product installed.

  • Proof of warranty will be required for all claims.

  • Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover floor coverings or labor costs.

  • Warranty coverage varies by product type and manufacturer. Please refer to the breakdown below for specific warranty periods.

Electric Underfloor Heating Warranty

Our electric underfloor heating mats, cables, and thermostats come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Lifetime Warranty Conditions:

  • Must be installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with the latest IEE Wiring Regulations and Part P of the Building Regulations 2005.

  • Installation must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.

CableSafe Guarantee

We exclusively offer a CableSafe™ Guarantee, ensuring a ‘no quibble’ replacement for any electric underfloor heating cable that is accidentally damaged during installation.

Guarantee Conditions:

  • Installation must have followed the product installation guide.

  • The cut/damaged heating mat or cable must be returned to the retailer within 28 days of purchase.

  • A dated sales invoice must accompany the return to validate the exchange.

Water Underfloor Heating Warranty

Our water-based underfloor heating systems include long-lasting warranties for different system components:

  • Pipes – 50 years

  • Thermostats – 25 years

  • Manifolds – 10 years (Existing systems must be power flushed before installation. Inhibitors must be used to prevent corrosion.)

  • Ball/Fill Valves – 3 years

  • Wiring Centres – 2 years

  • Actuators – 2 years

  • Pumps – 2 years

Underfloor Heating Insulation & Accessories

  • Insulation Boards – 10 years
